The basis of the product is whey concentrate made from fresh milk and obtained through a gentle cold filtration process without the use of chemicals. It has a very high biological value, a high proportion of amino acids EAA (up to 10 g per dose) and BCAA (up to 5 g per dose). The protein is very easy to dissolve, does not form lumps, the taste is set "just right", so it is neither over-sweetened nor tasteless. So you can use it with pleasure for a really long time!

Tip.

We really took care in the production of the protein. The premium basic whey raw material is supplemented with absolutely minimal content of other (described below) substances, thanks to their very small representation the product has a superior 75% protein content, as well as other fine-tuned properties such as very easy digestibility, perfect solubility, pleasant aroma and mild taste.

Let's go through the ingredients step by step:

The basis of the product is a high-quality, cold and chemical-free whey protein concentrate that is maximally usable by the body. It also has a beautifully fluffy consistency and dissolves very easily. Even in a shaker without a strainer, not a lump remains!

It contains only natural dyes. Low-fat cocoa powder is used for the chocolate shake and salted caramel flavours (in small quantities so as not to reduce the final protein content), curcumin made from the rhizomes of the turmeric plant is used for the vanilla ice cream flavour, beetroot extract is used for the strawberry delight flavour, chlorophyllin complexes made from spinach are used for the pistachio heaven flavour, and the coconut milk and lemon refreshment flavours are completely free of colouring agents.

We use flavourings to achieve the right flavour from the highest quality available on the market, also because the protein has no "chemical aftertaste" and just a pleasant and natural taste and smell.

To achieve a creamy consistency, the thickener sodium carboxymethylcellulose is included, which is made from natural cellulose.

To ensure a pleasant sweet (but not sweetened!) taste, sucralose is used, the most proven sweetener of natural origin today, made from beet sugar (thus no sweeteners acesulfame K or aspartame are included, and even steviol glycosides, which often negatively affect taste).

To achieve perfect solubility, the whey protein includes modern sunflower lecithin (the product therefore does not contain soya lecithin, which is still present in many other proteins).

Extra trivia

The product is very low in sugars (only about 1 g per serving!) and is therefore suitable for use in most diet programs, and is also ideal for ketogenic diets (of course, dissolve the protein in water only, not milk, as part of the diet).

100% of the contained protein comes from milk (GMO free). The resulting whey concentrate is obtained by a gentle cold filtration process of milk whey without the use of chemicals. The protein has a high biological value, retaining the content of lactoglobulin, lactalbumin, glycomacropeptides, immunoglobulins and lactoferrin.

Do you know why we don't use conventional plastic containers for protein like most other manufacturers? Because we think about ecology! The most common jars are mostly made in Germany or Switzerland and even because of their large volume, their transport is a significant ecological burden. Compare for yourself: a fully loaded truck only picks up about 13,000 empty cans.z. However, the same number of bags will only take a few medium-sized boxes! In addition, the bag packaging contains about 10 times less plastic than a conventional plastic box. Less volume to transport and less plastic = a healthier environment for all of us.

Preparation and dosing

You can mix 100% Whey Protein in water or milk and drink it, but you can also use it preferably as an ingredient in other foods, such as oatmeal or various porridges, but also in baking and any other culinary adventures.

If you want to make a drink, use cold, clean water or (if you are not on a diet) even low-fat milk.

Choose the dose according to your individual nutritional needs, if you want to supplement only a lower portion of protein, choose a dose of 22 g, if you want more, you can increase the dose up to 30 g (which is usually a significantly higher scoop).

If you want a less pronounced taste, use about 260-350 ml of water to dissolve it, if you want a sweeter and more pronounced taste, use less water or milk, about 180-250 ml. See the table below for more tips. However, you can adjust the quantities individually.

Drink the finished drink ideally immediately after mixing.

It can be used immediately after a workout (the best possible time), but also in the morning after waking up, during the day between meals or even in the evening before going to bed.

Tip: How about vitamins and minerals? Whey Protein Concentrate contains a spectrum of vitamins and minerals, however as these are naturally present in the product they are not listed on the packaging due to current legislation.
