Clearspring tofu is made with only three ingredients - organic soybeans, water from the Fuji Mountains, which is rich in minerals, and nigari - a substance derived from seawater. Tofu is high in vegetable protein, low in fat and gluten-free, suitable for everyday use. This silky variety is very soft with a smooth texture, while holding its shape perfectly. It is very easy to use and can be eaten straight from the packet or used as a substitute for eggs, dairy and meat in your favourite dishes, both savoury and sweet.
Ingredients: drinking water, SOY BEANS* (26%), firming agent: nigari (magnesium chloride).

Use. For direct consumption or in place of meat, dairy products and eggs. Remove packaging before placing in freezer or microwave.
