Main characteristics
- for infants 0-12 months
- for controlled dietary nutrition in colic and constipation
- contains partially hydrolysed protein
Important note: Breastfeeding is the best way to feed newborns and infants. Kendamil Comfort is a nutritionally complete infant formula suitable as the sole source of nutrition for infants from birth if they cannot be breastfed. It is also suitable from 6 months to 12 months as part of a mixed diet. The food should only be used under medical supervision. Strict adherence to the preparation and storage instructions is important for the health of infants.
Do not leave the baby unattended during feeding, there is a risk of drowning. Avoid unnecessary prolonged contact of the teat with the baby's teeth when bottle feeding, as this increases the risk of tooth decay. Ensure oral hygiene during the period of first tooth growth, especially at bedtime.
How is Kendamil Comfort different from other Kendamil milks?
Kendamil Comfort is a special product for children with specific nutritional needs. This product is a food for special medical purposes that must be administered under the advice and supervision of a doctor.
Who is Kendamil Comfort milk for?
Kendamil Comfort is intended for controlled dietary feeding for constipation and colic. There can be many causes of constipation and colic, so the decision to introduce and use this special milk should always be made by a paediatrician.
Why have I never seen an advertisement for Kendamil Comfort?
Legislation at European Union level prohibits advertising of foods for special medical purposes and therefore Kendamil Comfort. It is a special type of food that addresses a problem, which means, in principle, that only a doctor can decide on its use in justified cases and on the basis of his/her professional training.
Can I mix Kendamil Comfort with other baby milks?
Kendamil Comfort belongs to the category of special milks that are designed for children with specific nutritional needs. Mixing it with other milks is therefore inappropriate and could harm the baby. In addition, the use of Kendamil Comfort milk is decided by the doctor under whose supervision it should be used and who will provide you with other important information if necessary.
