Thailand's most famous dish offers a balanced taste with crushed peanuts, fresh chives and a splash of lime juice.

This dish can be served with your choice of meat or seafood.
Ingredients: sugar, water, shallots (16%), peanuts (9%), garlic (3%), fish sauce (anchovy extract (63%), salt, sugar) (3%), salt, flavour enhancer (E334), stabiliser (E415), colour (E150c), chilli (0.2%)
Allergies: peanuts, fish, shrimp, wheat
Recipe
Ingredients: oil, 100g peeled prawns, 1 egg, 200g rice noodles, 100g bean sprouts, chives, lime, peanuts
Preparation. Fry one beaten egg on the edge of the pan, add 6 tbsp Pad Thai paste and 200g cooked rice noodles. Stir the mixture well and fry for 3 minutes. Finally, add 100g bean sprouts and chopped chives and stir-fry for 1 more minute. Garnish with a lime wedge and a handful of roasted chopped peanuts.
