Delicate and delicious soup with buckwheat groats and vegetables. We have combined our buckwheat groats, dried vegetables and spices according to our own recipe. The buckwheat groats from our gluten-free mill are peeled gently mechanically, thus retaining their light green colour, taste and aroma, and health-giving substances. They are suitable as a light dinner, a hearty snack or as the first course of lunch. Buckwheat soup is gluten-free. The quick and easy preparation will make cooking at home and on holiday easier.

Quick and easy to prepare: just add water and cook for about 25 minutes. One packet contains the mixture for 2 x 1 l of soup.

Preparation Tip: You can season the soup with fresh garlic or herbs after cooking.
