Gingerbread with carob is specially designed for people following a gluten-free diet or for those who are trying to limit gluten in their diet.
Ingredients:
Sugar, potato starch, modified starch E1414, sunflower oil, egg, whey powder, raising agent E450 and E500, emulsifiers (E481, E472e, E472b, E475), thickener E415, glucose syrup, skimmed milk, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa, sunflower lecithin), carob 3 %, cocoa, gingerbread spice, salt, flavouring.
