Gluten-free bread with seeds is specially designed for people following a gluten-free diet or for those who are trying to limit gluten in their diet. The gluten-free bread is also soy and lactose free.
Ingredients: Water, leavening (corn starch, barley flour), starch (potato, tapioca), rapeseed oil, grains - 5,4 % (flaxseed, millet, sunflower, chia), vegetable fibre (potato, apple, psyllium), egg white, rice flour, sugar, thickener (xanthan gum, carboxymethylcellulose), yeast, cane molasses, salt, buckwheat bran, humectant (glycerol), flavouring.
Allergens: egg. May contain milk protein.
Use: The product is intended for direct consumption. Can be heated in a toaster or oven.
