Sam Mills' gluten-free and egg-free corn "propellers" are made with a unique production technology using only corn flour and water. Low in fat and high in nutritional benefits, they are easy to digest and quick and easy to prepare. Because they are gluten-free, they do not put unnecessary strain on our digestion compared to wheat pasta, but at the same time they provide the body with more energy for everyday activities.
