Grizly Seed Mix 1000 g
The seed mix is made up of six types of nutritionally rich seeds. You will find sunflower seeds, golden and brown flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and hemp seeds. Use the mixture to flavour your meals, in muesli or smoothies.

We produce the mix of six types of seeds ourselves in small batches continuously so that the raw materials come to you in the freshest possible form. We are very particular about quality and only add seeds to the mixes, which we also package separately as an exclusive product. You can use the mix of seeds to make a great addition to soup, risotto or pasta. Sprinkle them on porridge, add them to vegetable salad, muesli, smoothies or homemade spreads. We also recommend adding them to bread baking mix. The product is suitable for direct consumption.
Sunflowers are an excellent source of fibre, protein, vitamin E and B vitamins, as well as minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, selenium, calcium and zinc. In addition, sunflower seeds contain phytosterols, which contribute to lowering blood cholesterol levels.
Brown flax is a seed directly packed with protein, fibre, iron and omega-3 fatty acids. We recommend grinding the seeds to get the most nutrients from them.
Golden flaxseed is milder in taste than brown flaxseed, but nutritionally they are comparable. Like brown flax, golden flax is rich in vitamins, minerals and especially omega-3 fatty acids. We recommend grinding them just before consumption to effectively extract all the nutrients they contain.
The shelled pumpkin, more commonly known as pumpkin seed, provides the body with vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and other beneficial substances. In addition, pumpkin seeds contain the amino acid tryptophan, which promotes healthy sleep.
Chia seeds are native to Central and South America and were an important part of the Aztec diet in the past. They are a natural source of omega 3 and 6 unsaturated fatty acids, a complete source of protein and a rich source of fibre, which contributes to a healthy metabolism.
Hemp seeds are soft and have a pleasant buttery taste. The seeds do not contain THC, which is only found on the leaves and flowers. It contains all 10 known essential amino acids, more than 80% of essential fatty acids, minerals or a range of vitamins such as E, B1, B2, B6.
