Ingredients: sunflower seeds shelled 20%, sesame seeds shelled 20%, golden flax seeds 20%, brown flax seeds 20%, pumpkin seeds shelled 10%, chia seeds 10%.

Store in a dry place at a temperature below 20°C. Use immediately after opening. Protect from direct sunlight.
