Violife sour cream alternative 500g
Vegetable alternative to sour cream made from coconut oil. Lactose and gluten free. Great to serve straight from the cup as a dip. Just mix with herbs.

Follow 2 simple rules when cooking!
To prevent the cream from curdling during cooking:
1. Room temperature - before you add the cream to a hot dish, let it warm up to room temperature, it will work better together.
2. No cooking - you can safely use the cream to soften a sauce or soup, but don't boil it anymore. It's best if you garnish the finished dish with a dollop of cream and everyone mixes it into the dish themselves.
