This light soy sauce is prepared by natural fermentation from soybeans that are not genetically modified, do not contain glutamate or preservatives. Lee Kum Kee premium light soy sauce is used for flavouring and marinades. Its umami flavour elevates any dish. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
It can also be used as a marinade, dip, in stir-frying, as a dressing or in sauce mixes. It combines well with virtually any ingredients and can be used as a salt substitute in cooking.
