We made Kimchi just the way we like it. And judging by the feedback from our customers, we've succeeded - they say it's so good they like to eat it alone. And that makes us very happy. Anyone who likes Japanese shiitake mushrooms will enjoy this Kimchi. Shiitake is one of the oldest known edible mushrooms. It has a rich, rich flavour and a distinctive aroma. Its flavour is said to be up to 10 times more concentrated than other mushrooms, which is why we immodestly call it the umami bomb. In addition, it has a high nutritional value but a very low energy value. If we had to sum up the taste of our kimchi in one word, we would say playfulness. Compared to sauerkraut, it has a more pronounced and salty flavour, crunches, pinches and tingles pleasantly on the tongue. Yummy.

Most people will be surprised that Kimchi doesn't actually burn that much. Those who like it hot should try our Kimchi Spicy, for the rest, including children, we have Kimchi Unspicy. For some, Kimchi is already a staple in their diet, while for others it's still a new discovery.
