With every mouthful you consume a hefty portion of vitamins, but also calcium, iron, a large amount of antioxidants or probiotics in the form of friendly Lactobacillus bacteria.
It can be eaten on its own, as a side dish or used as an ingredient in meals.
Ingredients. Beijing cabbage, water, fennel (8.4%), red radish, red cabbage, soy sauce (drinking water, soybeans, wheat - gluten removed during fermentation, salt), purple carrots, spring onion, garlic, ginger, rice flour, Gochugaru chilli flakes (0.7%), Himalayan salt. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, celery and mustard.
Store at +2 °C to +6 °C and use within 5 days after opening.
