For some, Kimchi is already a staple in their diet, while for others it is still a new discovery. Kimchi can be eaten on its own, as a side dish or used as an ingredient in your favourite dishes - preferably at the end or straight onto the plate. If we had to describe the taste of our Kimchi in one word, we'd say playfulness. Compared to sauerkraut, it has a more pronounced and salty flavour, crunches, pinches and tingles pleasantly on the tongue. Yummy.
