The collaboration between Živina and the renowned restaurant Červený Jelen has brought to the world this delicious sauce, which has recently been winning the hearts of gastronomic enthusiasts. The recipe has been fine-tuned by chefs Patrik Jaroš, co-owner of ČJ and Michelin star winner, and Marek Fichtner, executive chef of ČJ with experience from the best restaurant in the world, Noma in Copenhagen, and formerly one of the judges of MasterChef Czech Republic.
