Buckwheat is high in fibre and has a low glycaemic index. Ideal for supplementing the nutrients of vegetarians and vegans, but also everyone else. It is also valued for its high rutin (flavonoid) content, contains B vitamins and minerals. Thanks to this, it has a positive effect on our immunity and is also good for the nervous and vascular system. This buckwheat flour is gluten-free (guaranteed to contain up to 20mg/kg of gluten). It is therefore a great part of a gluten-free diet.
