Pomelo is the largest citrus fruit that is directly packed with vitamin C. It has a similar taste to grapefruit but lacks its characteristic bitterness. Pomelo can be yellow or green.

The actual form of our product: it is largely the rind of the pomelo and the taste is therefore slightly sour, so we recommend eating it in smaller portions or refreshing your morning porridge with it.
