The dark gluten-free roux will perfectly thicken any sauce, stew and soup in a few minutes. Just add the desired amount and in a few minutes you can serve a delicious dish that will please the whole family. Moreover, you will not find lactose in the dark roux.

Ingredients: corn flour, rice flour, fully solidified palm oil, vegetable fibre, flavouring, colour: ammonia caramel

Preparation instructions. Whisking with a whisk, add the roux in small batches until desired thickness. Cook for 2 - 5 minutes. 40 - 70 g (2 - 3 tablespoons) of the mixture is needed to thicken 1 litre of soup or sauce.
