This gluten-free crumble cake mix is a great choice if you want to surprise your family or yourself with a delicious, light cake. Crumb cake is very popular here and around the world, underneath the tasty chocolate crumbs you'll find a luscious banana cream filling. And although the shape of the cake makes the preparation look complicated, the opposite is true.
The mixture is mixed with naturally gluten-free ingredients, so it is suitable for celiacs and its preparation is really simple - just add a few ingredients, bake the cake, fill it and the tasty dessert is ready! Of course, you can make the cake with any summer fruit, so you can add raspberries, cherries, tangerines, etc.
Preparation instructions: Beat the cake mix, margarine, eggs and milk with an electric beater for 3 minutes on the highest setting. Spread the batter evenly into a greased and floured cake tin 24-26 cm in diameter. Smooth and bake at 170 °C for about 30 minutes. Once cooled, hollow out the cake with a spoon to a depth of approx. 1 cm. Roughly crumble the hollowed-out part of the crust. Cut the peeled bananas lengthwise and place them on the crust. Add the filling mixture to the almost whipped cream and beat until stiff. Pile the finished filling dome-shaped on the crust and crumble over the cake. Leave in the fridge for about 2 hours to set.

Add 100 ml of egg, chocolate or nougat liqueur to the finished filling.
