ForPro® apple chips are a hot air-dried, healthy and tasty alternative to potato chips. No oil, no frying. Only carefully selected apples cooked dry and crisp. Apple slices are made using a natural drying process that involves exposing apple slices to hot air until they are perfectly crisp. Once the drying is complete, the slices are immediately bagged to keep them fresh and full of nutrients. This process ensures that all the vitamins and minerals in the apple slices remain at the level of fresh fruit (vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, folic acid, vitamins C and E, as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron). Apple crisps contain no added sugar (only naturally occurring sugars), colourings, flavourings or artificial preservatives.
