Zembag for potatoes blue floral 10 kg
Zembag slows down the germination of potatoes thanks to a specially modified caraway seed. This is contained in the cumin filling that is inserted between the potatoes in Zembag and will last for at least 5 months under normal conditions. If you notice signs of sprouting, you need to add a new cumin filling.

Unique three-layer design potato sack that can hold 2.5 kg of potatoes. The outer layer is made of a combination of cotton fabric and jute, the bottom is made of impermeable solid fabric. The middle layer is made of a dark non-woven fabric that is breathable, removable and does not transmit light. The inner layer contains aluminium foil, which maintains sufficient moisture and a protective atmosphere inside. The Zembag is closed by pulling the drawstring.
The size of the Zembag for 2,5 kg of potatoes is 17 cm in diameter and 23 cm in height, the volume is 5,2 litres.
Thanks to the quality workmanship, we provide an extended warranty of 5 years for the Zembag.

How is it used?
Only healthy and undamaged potatoes must go into the bag, the same applies to storage in any conditions. All chopped or otherwise 'injured' potatoes should be put aside. Cook and eat them immediately. Check the potatoes frequently once they are in storage, and each new trip for more potatoes should mean checking the stored ones so that the rotten ones do not spoil the next one and the entire contents have to be thrown away.
Check the potatoes you put in the Zembag carefully one by one and discard any damaged or rotten ones; healthy potatoes could become infected from them.
Remove the Cumin bag from its packaging, place it between the potatoes and close the Zembag. One bag is enough for 2.5 kg of potatoes. Check the potatoes regularly at least once a week to make sure they are not spoiling. During storage, you can remove and add potatoes at will.
If the potatoes start to sprout, add a new one. A cumin bag will last up to 5 months.
The inner bag and the outer part of the Zembag can be gently washed at a low temperature (30 °C), ideally by hand.
New potatoes do not belong in the Zembag!
Remember, early potatoes and new potatoes are not meant to be stored, not even in the Zembag! These potatoes do not have a developed skin and are therefore very susceptible to mould and rot. In addition, caraway oil damages them. By law, they must be labelled as 'new' and 'early'. Only late potatoes belong to Zembag.
